Walking a central path between the Metaphysical and Physical worlds, in addition to being a Certified Absolute Balanced Mastery Practitioner, Jahnay is a Certified Bioenergy Balancing Practitioner, a Shambala Reiki master, ordained Minister, and transformational energy healing facilitator. Over the years Jahnay’s area of expertise has become one of facilitator and interpreter between these two worlds, guiding the client in conscious dialogue with their body consciousness, their multiple energy bodies, their personal Guides/Angels/Unseen Friends, and parallel lives affecting and impacting their current reality.
Jahnay has worked with many wisdom peoples and systems throughout the world, and her unique style has arisen from a combination of American and Tibetan shamanism coupled with British mysticism, and grounded in Chinese acupressure anhd meridian emotional clearings.
A healing session with Jahnay begins as you prepare to leave your home or office for her Center, as the sacred space is being prepared to receive the client and her/his Unseen Friends. Upon arrival, nurturing, intimate conversation furthers the conscious understanding of the pain being addressed while the sacred space continues to transform the participants’ energy into higher vibrational resonances so that any and all needed areas of the Self can be accessed.
The “active”, fully-conscious participation of the healing session begins as the client lays fully clothed on the massage table, again promoting the comfort and well-being of the individual. The client’s UnseenFriends/Guides/Angels are called to assist, as well as the Divine-All-That-Is and multiple other healing energies. Assistance is requested, and appreciation given. The physical body is then asked to direct the group in what it needs done, i.e., what energy pathways need cleared in the form and throughout the entirety of its existence in order to facilitate healing and wellness. Together, the Body’s consciousness and all of the gathered energies then examine the blocked pathways, including emotions and beliefs, and the energies cleared and transformed.
No two healing sessions unfold in the same way, however, similarity lies in each one being filled with intimacy, awe and humor.
